Michael has over 40 years of professional experience and leads the Sydney Taxation Specialist Division, alongside a Business Services Team delivering tailored accounting, taxation, and advisory solutions to private client groups. Michael values strong client relationships and works across a broad range of industries, advising public and private entities. His taxation specialisation sees him advising on both domestic and international taxation matters, mergers and acquisitions, business sales, restructures, taxation disputes and audits. He is the Managing Partner of our Sydney firm and serves on the Boards of UHY Haines Norton (Australia and New Zealand) and UHY International, which oversees the global network.

Mark brings over 50 years of experience as an audit and assurance professional, leading a highly skilled team known for delivering quality outcomes and innovative solutions. He also advises non-assurance clients on acquisitions, divestments, and business turnarounds. His international experience spans Canada, South Africa, and Asia, while operating from Australia. Mark provides strategic financial and management advice to company boards and is licensed to offer financial product advice, enabling him to prepare expert reports for IPOs and other specialised engagements. Mark actively shares knowledge within UHY, combining global insight, expertise, and collaboration to strengthen trust and drive the Firm’s success.

Vikas Gupta has over 25+ years’ experience leading audits for listed companies, large private groups, multinational subsidiaries, and not-for-profit organisations. Vikas is a lead partner for a global multinational, delivering consolidated reporting across Europe, Asia Pacific, and the Americas, and has acted as component auditor for several Fortune 500 companies. Vikas specialises in IFRS, AASB, impairment, business combinations, and financial instruments, with industry expertise spanning technology, manufacturing, healthcare, mining, consumer goods, real estate, and financial services. A member of UHY’s National Audit Committee and International Quality Control Group, he is recognised for technical excellence, governance, and trusted board-level relationships.

Matthew oversees audit and assurance services for a diverse client base, including listed companies, international groups, large proprietary firms, and not-for-profits. Additionally, Matthew is involved in technical matters such as financial reporting, accounting standards, and quality control. With extensive experience across a broad range of industries including mining, retail, software, construction, and healthcare, Matthew is known for his ability to understand client needs, while being proactive in meeting deadlines, and adding value to their businesses. Matthew ensures audit quality through compliant, cost-effective methodologies to ensure that audit and assurance services are fully compliant and align with best practice.

Bill is a Partner in our Business Services team, offering tax and accounting compliance and advisory services to private businesses, multinational subsidiaries, and high-net-worth individuals. With over a decade at a Big 4 firm and further experience in Top 10 firms, he brings deep expertise across industries. His focus is on business tax consulting, outsourced accounting, and statutory compliance for medium and large sized corporate and private businesses. Bill works closely with startups, private companies, and global subsidiaries, delivering tailored solutions. Known for his thorough approach, he considers each client’s broader needs to provide practical and results-driven advice.

Antoine joined UHY Haines Norton in 2005, following over a decade in senior finance roles for two ASX top 50 companies and one of the Big 4 CA firm. He works with a broad client base including high net worth individuals, SMEs, and multinational companies, guiding them through all stages of the business life cycle. His expertise spans business structuring, business advisory, tax planning and compliance, and formulating succession planning and exit strategies. Antoine is known for his professionalism, technical expertise, and tailored business solutions across multifaceted industries including property, manufacturing and distribution, hospitality, primary production, financial services and technology.

Belinda is a Chartered Accountant and Partner at UHY Haines Norton, with over 25 years of experience in taxation, accounting, and business consulting. She works with a wide range of clients, offering tailored advice and building long-term relationships through exceptional service. Belinda’s broad technical knowledge, strong communication skills, and expertise across accounting platforms enable her to understand and support each client’s unique goals. Her hands-on approach and commitment to learning about her clients’ businesses make her a trusted advisor and valued member of the firm.

Frank has been with UHY Haines Norton since 1975 and became a partner in 1984. With over 50 years’ of experience, he is known for building long-term client relationships through clear communication, practical advice, and consistent results. Frank works with businesses of all sizes, acting as a trusted advisor on financial, strategic, and business matters. He specialises in tax-effective structuring, asset protection and wealth creation. Alicia (Ali) is an accredited SMSF Specialist Advisor (SSA) and the firm’s SMSF partner, with over 18 years of specialised experience.
